Great all around. Best Dr's office I've ever been to. If recommend them to anyone.
I've been going here since I was a child. I'm now an adult, and continue to receive wonderful, friendly service from people who know me as more than just another patient. They know me and my whole family, and that creates a comfortable, familiar feeling.
Front desk women argue with each other, roll eyes and make huffy sighs. Their phone manners are seriously lacking if you call to schedule an appointment. With the exception of one woman, in the group of four, who is polite and professional. Hope you get her on the phone and in the office, not the others! When you get the answering machine, the message says, "We're closed. Call back in the morning." How about stating your hours? Dr. Parrotta is a man of few words. Spends very little time with you and doesn't ask many questions. He's not bad, but not great. I wonder if her even knows what goes on at the front. Not a great experience.
